As a member of the Core Business Services (CBS), you have an opportunity to work across teams that extend knowledge, resources, and tools to the wider firm helping them deliver exceptional service to our clients, gain in the marketplace and aid the firm's growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Aid Services, Administrative Services, Brand, Marketing and Communications, and Quality and Risk Management.

Technical Excellence


_x000D_ Technology Transformation Leadership:
_x000D_ Lead and manage technology projects to transform across talent acquisition, performance management & development, learning and employee life-cycle processes.
_x000D_ Assess current talent management systems, identify gaps, and implement cutting-edge solutions.
_x000D_ Strategic Planning:
_x000D_ Collaborate with HR leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
_x000D_ Develop and execute a roadmap for technology-enabled talent strategies.
_x000D_ Process Optimization:
_x000D_ Streamline talent processes by leveraging automation, analytics, and digital tools.
_x000D_ Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational policies in all implementations.
_x000D_ Data and Analytics:
_x000D_ Implement advanced analytics for talent insights, workforce planning, and decision-making.
_x000D_ Drive data-driven approaches to enhance employee experience and engagement.
_x000D_ Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
_x000D_ Evaluate, select, and manage technology vendors and partners.
_x000D_ Act as the bridge between HR teams, IT, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
_x000D_ Change Management:
_x000D_ Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
_x000D_ Train and support teams to use new systems effectively.
_x000D_ Innovation and Trends:
_x000D_ Stay updated on the latest HR tech trends, tools, and best practices to introduce innovative solutions.
_x000D_ Understanding of AI tools and Power Apps

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
_x000D_ Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred
_x000D_ Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR tech platforms
_x000D_ Familiarity with data analytics, AI/ML tools, and process automation


_x000D_ Experience

Familiarity with data analytics, AI/ML tools, and process automation
_x000D_ 7-10 years of experience in technology transformation, HR tech, or related fields
_x000D_ Proven track record of leading technology-driven projects in talent or HR domains
