Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence


_x000D_ Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the critical activities of our client's internal investigations project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service level agreements (SLAs), leading a team of professionals, ensuring quality control, and maintaining end-to-end process knowledge. This role requires a deep understanding of forensic investigations, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds. Experience working with US and UK based stakeholders and/or with internal investigations programs of large MNCs will be an added advantage. Additionally, experience with Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABAC) policies, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) reviews, data protection concepts is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the client's internal investigations project, ensuring all activities are compliant with SLAs.
_x000D_ Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
_x000D_ Conduct quality control and monitoring of team activities to ensure accuracy and consistency in investigations.
_x000D_ Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's processes and procedures to facilitate effective management and oversight.
_x000D_ Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
_x000D_ Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
_x000D_ Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings, progress, and recommendations.
_x000D_ Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in forensic investigations and internal controls.


_x000D_ Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
_x000D_ Qualification

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Criminal Justice, Law).
_x000D_ Professional certification in Forensics or Fraud Examination is preferred (e.g., CA, CFE).

Experience


_x000D_ Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Forensics, with a strong understanding of the concepts and legal & regulatory requirements related to fraud investigations / forensic accounting, and / or internal investigations.
_x000D_ Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
_x000D_ High level of communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders from various cultural backgrounds and in leadership roles.
_x000D_ Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams and projects.
_x000D_ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
_x000D_ Hands on experience with data analysis tools and software relevant to investigations.
_x000D_ Fluency in English.
