About the Role:

• Overseeing daily operations of housekeeping, security, retail outlets, stores maintenance, and other support services.
• Coordinating with and managing external service providers for cleaning, catering, and other soft services.
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service delivery. 
• Managing budgets for soft services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource utilization. 
• Overseeing and negotiating contracts with service providers. 
• Supervising and managing the performance of in-house teams providing soft services. 
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. 
• Identifying and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of soft services.
• Working with other departments (e.g., engineering, procurement) to resolve facility-related issues.
• Preparing reports on service performance, budgets, and other relevant metrics. 

About You:
 Graduate
 Minimum Experience – 7+ Years
 Experience within the Facility industry
 Strong written and oral communication skills
 High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
