Job Description

Responsibilities


•    Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives. 
•    Program Management: Design, lead, and manage DE&I programs and initiatives, including training sessions, workshops, and events that promote awareness and understanding of diversity issues 
•    Employee Engagement: Foster an inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement activities, resource groups, and support networks. 
•    Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report on DE&I metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Use data to inform strategic decisions and measure the impact of DE&I initiatives. 
•    . Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with external organizations, community groups, and professional associations to support DE&I efforts. 
•    Communication: Serve as a spokesperson for DE&I within the organization, promoting a culture of inclusion through internal and external communications. 

Minimum Qualifications


•    Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree. 
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
•    Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 
•    Strong project management and organizational skills. 

Preferred Qualifications
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
•    Proficiency in data analysis and metrics tracking. 
•    Excellent in MS Office – Excel & Powerpoint. 
•    Agile, Resilient and can work under strict deadlines.
