Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience in React technologies and Online Banking domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. The role involves leading development projects ensuring high-quality code and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional online banking solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of online banking applications using React JS React Native and related technologies.
  • Oversee the implementation of React Testing Library to ensure robust and reliable code.
  • Provide guidance on the use of React Router for efficient navigation within applications.
  • Utilize React Redux for state management to enhance application performance.
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to create user-friendly interfaces.
  • Ensure the scalability and maintainability of the codebase through best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into projects.
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

  • Possess strong experience in React JS React Native React Redux React Router and React Testing Library.
  • Demonstrate expertise in developing online banking applications.
  • Have a solid understanding of state management and component lifecycle in React.
  • Show proficiency in writing clean maintainable and efficient code.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
