Manager - Data Engineer

Lead and manage end-to-end data engineering projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams including analytics, product, and engineering.

Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Redshift, SQL, and AWS services (e.g., S3, Glue, Lambda).

Optimize Redshift clusters and SQL queries for performance and cost-efficiency.

Serve as the domain expert for data modeling, architecture, and warehousing best practices.

Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and data quality issues.

Mentor junior engineers and enforce coding and architectural standards.

Own the data lifecycle: from ingestion and transformation to validation and delivery for reporting.

Good years of experience in data engineering or a related field.

Proven expertise in AWS Redshift, advanced SQL, and modern data pipeline tools.
