Job Summary

The Consumer Research & Insights (CR&I) team is looking for a dynamic Consumer Insights Manager to lead our team of research analysts, programmers, and data analysts. In this role you will be responsible for creating the guidelines for effective and collaborative work practices that ensure teams are partnering successfully and delivering quality insights at the pace of the business.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

    • Manage all stages of quantitative (e.g., surveys) and qualitative (e.g., focus groups, 1:1 interviews, etc.) research studies, including research proposals, research methodology & design, operational execution, analysis, and reporting 

    • Identify the proper research method(s) for deep-dive research studies based on business objectives, timeline, and resourcing 

    • Conduct survey analysis, identify insights and opportunities, and devise recommendations that will inform business decisions  

    • Create analysis plans 

    • Dive deep into both qualitative and quantitative data to bring forward new insights that inform product innovations 

    • Identify opportunities to simplify existing research processes and operate more nimbly 

     

    Process Management 

    • Create Timelines across multiple deliverables 

    • Triage and assign workloads across team members 

    • Provide updates on project and task status  

    • Team management and development 

     

    Qualifications 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Research, Economics, or a related field of study required 

    • 5+ years of quantitative/qualitative market research experience, including survey design and execution 

    • 5+ years of experience using data and analytics to address business problems, and drive process improvements 

    • Familiarity with statistical techniques used for survey design and analytics (e.g., statistical significance, Conjoint, MaxDiff) 

    • Experience programming in Decipher/Qualtrics or some similar data collection platforms  

    • Experience using data visualization tools 

    • Experience managing teams 

    • You must have strong interpersonal skills, time management, accuracy, and a passion for communicating effectively (speaking and writing in English). 

    • You are self-directed with an unparalleled work ethic and flexible in accommodating corporate headquarters hours when necessary
