Designation - Manager - Costing, Budgeting & MIS

Location - Vadodara (corporate office)

Responsibilities

maintain, and improve the information systems of the company, including databases, reports, dashboards and tools.
the accuracy, reliability and security of the data and systems.
timely and relevant information and insights to the management and other stakeholders.
the budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting processes of the company.
the bills processing and system adherence.
and enforce internal controls and policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
and maintain good relationships with shipping lines and other vendors.
the best freight rates and terms for our shipments.
and optimize the shipping costs and performance.
any issues or disputes related to shipping and logistics.

Requirements

preferred or masters degree in MIS, accounting, finance, business administration.
least 10 years of experience in MIS, accounting, finance, or related roles.
in MS Office, especially Excel, and other information systems and software.
analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
to work independently and as part of a team.
