Job Summary

Risk of losing potential candidates due to delays in extending offers resulting from the lag in creating Account SOs.We have confirmed opportunities with a 90% win probability starting in the coming months. Extending offers to bench SOs can reduce lag time given the 90-day notice period for most candidates.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of consulting strategies for clients in the Devices and SPM domains.
  • Oversee project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of consulting services.
  • Provide expert advice and insights to clients to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of consulting solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all consulting activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of consulting services.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to solve complex business problems.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Devices and SPM domains.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in consulting with a focus on Devices and SPM domains.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Show proficiency in project management and team leadership.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering successful consulting projects.
  • Display a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Be adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
