Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BD Lead for the role of Manager - Biz Development. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience in business development with a strong background in promotional material production and distribution review and resource development. Proficiency in MS Excel MS PowerPoint and MS Word is essential with experience in Outlook-Emails being a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the business development efforts to identify and pursue new opportunities in the market
  • Oversee the production and distribution of promotional materials to ensure timely and effective delivery
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations for improving promotional material review processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement promotional strategies
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of promotional materials to ensure they meet business objectives
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and clients using MS PowerPoint
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports to support business development activities
  • Create and edit documents using MS Word to ensure clear and professional communication
  • Manage email communications and scheduling using Outlook-Emails
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all promotional activities
  • Provide training and support to team members on best practices for promotional material production and review

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in business development with a focus on promotional material production and distribution
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel MS PowerPoint and MS Word
  • Have experience in promotional material review and resource development
  • Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have experience with Outlook-Emails as a nice to have skill

    OPTIONAL - CERTIFIED BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL (CBDP) OR EQUIVALENT CERTIFICATION IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
