We are seeking a highly skilled BD Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel MS Office and MS PowerPoint. Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to achieve company goals.Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities to expand market presence.Provide comprehensive analysis of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster business growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports to track progress and performance.Create compelling presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate business development plans and results.Manage and update business development documentation and records using MS Office tools.Conduct regular reviews of business development processes to identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all business development activities.Support the sales and marketing teams with strategic insights and data-driven recommendations.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies and initiatives.Drive continuous improvement in business development practices to achieve better outcomes.
Qualifications
