Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled BD Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel MS PowerPoint and MS Word. Experience in Sales Planning & Execution is a plus. This hybrid role requires a candidate who can effectively manage day-to-day business development activities and contribute to the companys growth and success.
Responsibilities
Lead the business development efforts to identify and pursue new opportunities.Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed sales plans and strategies.Provide comprehensive analysis and reporting using MS Excel to track sales performance.Develop and deliver impactful presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate sales strategies and results.Utilize MS Word to create and edit sales documents proposals and contracts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales plans.Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.Monitor and analyze competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and results.Support the development and implementation of sales training programs.Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and methodologies.Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through effective business development strategies.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel MS PowerPoint and MS Word.Demonstrate experience in Sales Planning & Execution is a plus.Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Certifications Required
Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP) or equivalent certification.
