Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated BD Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MS PowerPoint and a passion for driving business development initiatives. Experience in OMICS Data Analysis R&D Preclinical & Clinical is a plus. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals and contribute to the companys growth.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to drive growth.Oversee the creation of compelling presentations using MS PowerPoint to support business initiatives.Provide insights and recommendations based on market research and analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.Ensure alignment of business development activities with overall company goals.Manage the end-to-end business development process from lead generation to deal closure.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team effectiveness.Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotional strategies.Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.Support the development of proposals and contracts to secure new business.Drive continuous improvement in business development processes and practices.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in business development.Demonstrate proficiency in MS PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.Exhibit strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Show experience in OMICS Data Analysis R&D Preclinical & Clinical is a plus.Display a proven track record of achieving business development targets.Be adept at managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Have a strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Show strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.Exhibit a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
