Job Description

Key Roles & ResponsibiliƟes  MeeƟng the penetraƟon percentage targets of HDFC products along with achieving the GWP (Gross WriƩen Premium) and market share targets decided by the company  Cross-selling of products to maximize the profit  Regular interacƟon and co-ordinaƟon with the line managers, channel partners, Third-Party Team (TPT), Area sales manager, Business Development RepresentaƟves (BDR) and other sales managers of the bank  ConnecƟng with the various teams including the operaƟons and sales team of HDFC ERGO for any claim related seƩlements  Providing the required training to the Business Development RepresentaƟves  Achieving the daily target of 10 calls and reporƟng the work daily through on-call (huddles)  Containing required product knowledge and ready to travel minimum 2 to 3 days weekly  Adherence to 100% compliance
