Manager , Data Analysis & Visualization (M)

Summary of Position:

As Manager, Data Analytics and Visualization, you will act as the global data and analytics partner to drive strategic and operational insights across the Quote to Cash process. You will lead the development and evolution of the Data Insights Hub, enabling business stakeholders to access intuitive dashboards, KPIs, and performance analytics powered by tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and Celonis, with data sourced from Salesforce, SAP, and PureCloud. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will ensure data readiness, solution fit, and governance alignment, while supporting deployment planning, customer segmentation analysis, and channel performance tracking. You will also play a key role in shaping the BI strategy and ensuring effective change management to accelerate data-driven decision-making and digital adoption globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of the global Insights Hub to centralize access to dashboards, KPIs, and performance analytics for Quote to Cash stakeholders.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable BI solutions using Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and Celonis.
• Integrate and harmonize data from Salesforce, SAP, and PureCloud to ensure consistent and reliable reporting across markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Operations, Digital Light House teams, and other teams to align BI outputs with business priorities and digital transformation goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in Quote to Cash processes by identifying data-driven opportunities for efficiency and automation.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and master data readiness to support accurate and actionable insights.
• Support deployment planning and execution of BI solutions across international markets.
• Conduct customer segmentation analysis and contribute to channel shift strategies through advanced analytics.
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks to monitor performance and progress against strategic targets.
• Act as a key partner in change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of BI tools and practices.
• Provide ad hoc and scheduled reporting to support decision-making at global, regional, and local levels.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Document BI processes, dashboards, and methodologies to ensure transparency and scalability.
• Stay current with BI trends and tools to continuously enhance the analytics ecosystem.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Future responsibilities / skills - eager to develop skills in artificial intelligence in driving innovation.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or process mining within a global organization (5 years +)
• Strong proficiency in Alteryx, Tableau, SQL for data preparation, visualization, and process optimization
• Solid understanding of data structures and integration across platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, and PureCloud (Genesys).
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and actionable BI solutions.
• Experience supporting Order to Invoice (OTI) or similar end-to-end business processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global, regional, and local teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Passion for driving data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement through innovative BI solutions.
• Capacity to handle difficult situations and deal effectively and harmoniously with various personnel, internally and externally, at all levels.
