Job Title: Manager, Vendor Management

The company comprises businesses across a range of media, including: news and information services, book publishing, digital real estate services, cable network programming in Australia and pay-TV distribution in Australia.

• Manages the operational tasks related to vendor management, such as:

• Monitoring performance metrics, reporting, and handling vendor support issues.

• Provides day-to-day support for vendors, managing inquiries, issues, and escalations.

• Collects data on vendor performance for analysis and reporting.

• Publishes timely report for commitment vs usage and reports any financial overages and risks

• Coordinates QBR with strategic vendors

• Skills set Needed :Understanding of contract terms and service level agreements (SLAs)

• Negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Data analysis and reporting skills

• Ability to support multiple vendor relationships and projects simultaneously

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
