Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

Product

  • Develops workflows and automations based on requirements and assigned priority
  • Maintains and bugfix workflows & automations based on bugfix assignments
  • Specialized in some workflows or areas.

Process

  • Documents the development process and bugfix key content (description of the development) + final user experience based on templates (2 minutes video demo to be posted as reference)
  • Balance between Incentives and general automations with focus on Incentive’s workflows enhancement during peaks periods for an optimal Quota to Payment scalable and sustainable process.
  • Participates in special projects based on the level or area of expertise
  • Follows Scrum and agile methodology to deploy based on Sprints
  • Interact with testers and applies required changes before deployment
  • Interacts with IT developers as well as with Dashboard developers to align efforts and coordinate for the expected complete solution success.
  • Interacts with requestors to understand the enhancement requirements or bugfix during grooming sessions

  • Bachelors - Alteryx/Other Automation Expertise (mandatory) CRMAnalytics platform Expertise (optional)
  • +3 Years in CommEx organization or 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Alteryx/Other automation basic skills - High
  • EA (CRM analytics) development expertise - Medium
  • Business knowledge and Topic expertise - Medium
  • Collaboration Team Work - High
  • Follows agile methodology and standard practice in the industry for development and governance – Medium.
