The Shared Services Site provides a one stop shop for all mission critical services at high quality and a low cost. The team manages a range of responsibilities, from solving complex problems for all our stakeholders across the board by offering world-class services such as Source to Contract, Procure To Pay for Goods not for Resale, and to Pre & Post Payment Audits.
You will be a part of the Global Procurement supporting Procure to Pay area. This position will be responsible for implementing, managing and maintaining Coupa's Catalog of products and services. This position will involve coordinating with suppliers, ensuring the accuracy of catalog information, and facilitating the easy use of the catalog by customers. Also, this position may have to operate in shifts as per business needs from time to time. This position will operate in the night shift (6 pm – 2.30 am)
What you will do:
- Manage the Procurement Services area with a direct span of 8-10 FTE.
- Focus on expansion of procurement services to other internal Walmart stakeholders as identified and approved by the leadership
- Overlooking work allocation and management of the incoming requests through the internal tool ProcureIt and other sources such as DocuSign and BPM. Ensuring fair and equitable work distribution. Manage exceptions, as and when they arise and work with onshore teams to ensure adequate support.
- Revamping and establishing a quality framework for the team that focusses on meeting right first-time quality targets. Also, revamp and maintain the SLA performance dashboard for leadership visibility.
- Identification of process efficiencies that result in streamlining the process and enhance the end user experience. Also identify efficiencies that will focus on reducing multiple handoffs between various teams to close a request. Hold multiple teams accountable to SLA’s as defined to reduce the overall cycle time of a procurement request.
- Be the first point of contact for all escalations and ensure resolution within 2 business days. Work with different teams to ensure identification of root cause and offer solution accordingly.
- Ensure that audit findings relating to Procurement area are worked upon and closed in a timely manner in consultation with the onshore team.
- Responsible for new hire training and onboarding and contribute in the recruitment process of open positions in procurement area.
- Lead Transitions if the need be, as identified by the Leadership from time to time to add new scope of services.
- Define priorities / objectives for department, self, and team members
What you will bring:
Minimum qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline. MBA preferred.
- 8 - 10 years of work experience in Procure to Pay operations with a team management experience of 4+ years.
- Exposure to SAP, Ariba and Coupa would be ideal.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
