About Role:

Transaction Analysis & Support:

• Prepare detailed investment memorandums and transaction presentations.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating deals in collaboration with senior team members

Business Development:

• Proactively identify and develop relationships with potential partners, developers, operators, and investors.
• Generate leads for new investment and development opportunities in the hospitality sector.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to enhance visibility and foster business relationships.

Financial Modelling:

• Develop, maintain, and refine financial models for hotel assets, including revenue projections, cost analysis, and valuation metrics.
• Evaluate investment returns (IRR, NPV, ROI) and assess risk profiles.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, compliance, and finance) and external consultants (brokers, appraisers, and advisors) to facilitate transactions.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel operators, property developers, and investors.

About You:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree (MBA, MS in Real Estate) or relevant certifications (CFA, CAIA, RICS) is preferred.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in real estate investment, business development, hospitality, or financial advisory roles.
• Exposure to hotel-specific investments, operations, or business development is highly desirable.

Skills:

• Proven ability to develop and nurture business relationships to drive new opportunities.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and hotel operating models.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or business development tools.
• Familiarity with real estate management software or platforms is a plus.
