Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operational processes, including onboarding, employee data management, offboarding, and documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee transactions in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and HR service delivery escalations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Compliance, IT, and Talent Acquisition to support seamless HR operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance service quality.
Maintain HR systems and tools; ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation and compliance checks.
