Job Description


1. Monitor the manpower deployment vs budget, periodically and analyze their business outcomes

2. Assist teams with their recruitment needs, by coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers

3. Ensuring smooth induction of new employees Implement activities to control and prevent employee turnover

4. Meeting with departmental seniors and colleagues to discuss HR issues and referring issues to the seniors

5. Collect employee feedback periodically for the performance review for confirmation / promotion of the employee

6. Support in identifying and retaining high potential performers, and developing low performers.

7. Work in the field/factory with the sales team to understand their challenges and suggest solutions.

8. Supporting the team in conducting regular employee engagement activities.

9. Work on various HR Projects/ Initiatives that are identified by management
