Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for processing all daily investment activity cash flow transactions • Assist in the preparation of fund flows for deal closings and follow-on activity • Prepare and update investment activity schedules (Investment Summaries) for each investment and reconcile with various internal systems. • Liaise with the fund accountants on deal transaction accounting for GAAP F/S • Reading and interpreting LPAs • Manage custody with 3rd party vendor, share/stock reconciliation and proxy voting process for fund investments • Prepare and maintain the Fund and investment structure charts and KYC/AML letters • Prepare the fund capital call and distribution memos and other ad-hoc LP communication memos • Onboard third party vendors in internal systems and maintaining approved vendor list. • Manage the expense process and compliance with LPA and firm policies. • Liaise with external and internal auditors. • Preparation of internal reporting to COO, CFO and Head of Finance on fund metrics and dry powder schedules • Work closely with the multiple teams in NY and consolidating the information or data based on process requirement • Assist NY team on various ad-hoc projects and activitie
