Responsibilities

:
Team Leadership and Management:
o Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Control Analysts and/or Quality Consultants.
o Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
o Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
o Manage team workload, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal team productivity.
o Identify training and development needs within the team and facilitate relevant opportunities.
Quality Strategy and Implementation:
o Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall quality control strategy.
o Ensure the consistent application of quality standards, guidelines, and procedures across relevant workflows.
o Drive the adoption of best practices in quality monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
o Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in quality management.
Quality Monitoring and Analysis Oversight:
o Oversee the team's quality monitoring activities, ensuring thorough and accurate evaluations.
o Review and analyse team-generated quality data and reports to identify overarching trends and areas for improvement.
o Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of key quality metrics to relevant stakeholders.
Process Improvement and Standardization Leadership:
o Champion process improvement initiatives within the team, leveraging quality insights to drive positive change.
o Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement standardized processes and quality controls.
o Promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving within the team.
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
o Serve as a key point of contact for quality-related matters for internal stakeholders and potentially clients.
o Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding team performance, quality trends, and improvement initiatives.
o Collaborate with other team leaders and managers to ensure alignment on quality goals and strategies.
Compliance and Governance Oversight:
o Ensure the team's adherence to internal quality standards, client-specific requirements, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
o Support internal and external quality audits and ensure the team's preparedness.
o Promote a strong understanding of compliance requirements within the team.
Consultation and Expertise (for Quality Consultant focus):
o Provide expert guidance and consultation to operational teams on quality control methodologies and best practices.
o Support the development and implementation of tailored quality frameworks for specific projects or clients.
o Facilitate workshops and training sessions on quality-related topics.
o Act as a change agent to embed a quality-focused mindset.
