Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth business processes.
• Support supply planning, coordination, and execution with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain and update operational and supply-related data.
• Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards using Excel.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
• Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of operational information.
• Assist in inventory tracking and supply reconciliation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Graduate (Commerce / BBA / BMS / Operations preferred).
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, data analysis).
• Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with MIS reporting or data handling.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM tools is an added advantage.
