Role Description

As a Program Associate Trainee , you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of mental wellness programs and business initiatives. This is a learning-focused, hands-on role in a growing startup where youll work closely with the core team and leadership. Over time, this role can grow into a full-time associate position based on performance.

Role Description: Core Responsibilities

• Support client communication, onboarding, and regular follow-ups
• Assist in coordinating B2B and B2C programs, workshops, and wellness initiatives
• Help with outreach, lead follow-ups, and maintaining basic sales pipeline records
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal preparation
• Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects to support conversions
• Support planning and execution of marketing initiatives such as events, partnerships, and campaigns
• Coordinate with internal teams (counsellors, trainers, marketing, tech) for smooth program execution
• Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables; update basic reports when required
• Conduct simple market and competitor research to support decision-making
• Assist with documentation, coordination with vendors, and internal processes
• Observe existing workflows and suggest improvements where needed

Qualifications

• Clear communication and good coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
• Comfortable speaking with clients and internal teams
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Basic familiarity with Google Workspace / MS Office
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree (Business, Psychology, Management, or related fields preferred)
