Job Description
The client is in the Education/Training industry and is looking at hiring a Management Trainee for their operations at Hyderabad.
Client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MBA Fresher to join their team in a multi-functional blended role covering Recruitment , Facility Management , Internal & External Coordination , Candidate Onboarding for Training Programs , and Research Activities . This role provides extensive exposure across HR, Operations, and Training Functions, making it ideal for someone who wants a holistic management foundation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Support end-to-end hiring activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and feedback follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and communications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Assist with pre-boarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
2. Candidate Onboarding for Training Programs
(For internal training initiatives and external channels, including college campuses)
- Conduct onboarding for trainees joining company-run training programs.
- Share program guidelines, schedules, and required documentation with enrolled candidates.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessionsphysical and virtual.
- Liaise with L&D teams, training vendors, mentors, and college placement cells.
- Assist in organizing campus training drives and manage on-ground arrangements.
- Track attendance, assessments, feedback, and overall training progress.
3. Facility & Office Administration
- Monitor daily office and facility operations, including housekeeping, repairs, and supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors for facility upkeep and resolve maintenance issues.
- Assist in implementation of safety protocols, asset management, and administrative documentation.
- Ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
4. Internal & External Coordination
- Act as a coordination point between HR, Operations, Training, and other departments.
- Facilitate communication with external vendors, colleges, training partners, and recruiters.
- Support internal meetings, events, and corporate communication activities.
- Maintain reports, documentation, and dashboards across functions.
5. Research & Analysis Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on recruitment trends, training solutions, and industry benchmarks.
- Compile data and prepare analytical reports to support HR and training decision-making.
- Research potential colleges, training partners, and talent pools for expansion.
- Gather feedback from trainees, candidates, and internal stakeholders and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
- Support special projects by performing competitor analysis, process research, and workflow assessments.

Education
- MBA in HR, Operations, General Management, or related specialization.
