Job Description
1. Training Program Management
- Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs across the organization.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for training sessions including scheduling, communication, venue coordination, and materials.
- Support execution of leadership development initiatives, workshops, and capability-building programs.
2. Project Management for Learning Initiatives
- Manage and track employee development projects such as leadership programs, competency initiatives, and learning interventions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external trainers to ensure timely execution of programs.
- Maintain project timelines, action plans, and progress trackers.
3. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with external training partners, consultants, and vendors for learning initiatives.
- Manage communication with internal stakeholders including leaders and employees participating in programs.
4. Learning Data & Reporting
- Track participation, completion status, and effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain training records and dashboards for reporting and analysis.
- Support HR leadership with insights on training participation and progress.
5. Learning Administration
- Manage LMS-related activities such as uploading training modules, tracking completion, and sending reminders.
- Maintain documentation related to training programs, feedback, and assessments.
Qualification and technical skills
- MBA HR (4th semester pursing will work)
- Internship experience in training is preferred
