Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated management trainee to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure in key functional areas including Secretarial Practices, Management Information Systems (MIS), Indirect Tax and Investment Portfolio Management.

The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, detail-oriented, and willing to take on a variety of tasks across departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
• Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of investment principles / corporate laws / reporting systems
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Pursuing or completed CS / CFA / MBA Finance or equivalent
• Exposure to business intelligence tools (e.g.,Power BI)
