Reporting to: Manager HR

Position OBJECTIVE

To support all HR functions within a manufacturing environment by assisting with daily operations, gaining practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance, and ensuring the smooth running of the HR department

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for factory and plant positions to ensure smooth running of plant.

Maintain and update daily employee records, attendance, leaves, manpower, overtime and other essential HR documentation for seamless payroll process

Maintain accurate data of the plant employees the HRIS software

Maintain Contractor muster in excel to ensure precise HR compliances

Maintain master sheet of workers to ensure HR team has correct data

Maintain Personal file Form of New Workers & biometric system to ensure smooth HR compliance

Supporting all HR activities recruitment, payroll, performance management, training programs, employee engagement and the maintenance of HR records, with a focus on a safe and productive factory environment for proper functioning of plant.

Maintain food Coupons and Maintain Records in Register & Excel Sheet

Ensure canteen supervision, housekeeping monitoring, welfare activities to support the plant HR team to ensure employee engagement etc

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification

Graduate with MBA in HR

Experience

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Basic understanding of HR concepts and labour laws.
