This is a high-exposure role that sits at the intersection of learning, consulting, and intellectual work.

You will:

Consulting & Learning Design

• Support leadership and capability programs
• Sit in on client discovery conversations
• Convert messy inputs into structured notes and frameworks
• Support proposals and intervention design

Organizational Development Exposure

• Assist in OD and transformation work
• Research leadership and culture practices
• Help build internal frameworks and playbooks

Thought Leadership & Writing

• Support articles, posts, and learning IP
• Shape ideas into structured content
• Contribute to founder-led thinking work

Research & Strategic Support

• Research trends in leadership and management
• Synthesize insights into usable formats

Depending on strengths, you may also contribute to brand and narrative work.

• Has 13 years of experience (consulting, HR, L&D, startups, research-led roles)
