Role Overview:

The Management Trainee - Global Commercial role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the role provides an exciting opportunity to develop a truly global business in the travel and luxury space. We are seeking a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong ability to adapt to business needs across different geographies. The role gives exposure to dealing with business leaders across the globe, thus necessitating the candidate to have strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

Driving Growth

  • Develop and negotiate partnership agreements, including pricing structures, discount mechanisms, SLAsfor Airport lounges across global markets
  • Driving integration for tech solutions as per the service & client requirements
  • Cross-functional coordination for aligning stakeholders in Tech, ops, legal, finance, etc
  • End-to-end legal contracting for Commercials & SLAs
  • Developing new products such as Fast Track , Meet & Greet, Airport transfer, F&B, etc
  • Tracking global competition, new initiatives, and product offerings

Account Management

  • Manage relationships with Large international vendors and develop cross-functional depth
  • Onboard new services offered by existing Airport operators, Airport Concessionaires, Aggregators, Airlines, etc
  • Maintaining a line of communication across critical decision makers across the world in the airport industry


Analytics & Representation

  • Having a strong hold on the MS suite for data-based insights
  • High Proficiency in MS word & power point for doing Management reviews
  • Ability to use AI tools, networking tools for effective representation and hunting opportunities
  • Comfortable in comprehending legal agreements and advising inputs for end-to-end execution

Qualifications:

Must have: Executive MBA/ MBA (with prior work experience)

  • Masters degree/ MBA from a Tier-I/II college in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in reaching out to vendors and scaling
  • A track record of achieving Growth numbers with high ownership
  • Strong communication skills, including cold calling, presenting, etc.
  • Ability to demonstrate new initiatives & driving cross functional alignment
  • Data Analysis & Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to perform data analysis and derive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with adaptability in dynamic work environments
  • Interest in the travel and lifestyle industry is a plus
