Job Description

Responsibilities


Plan and Implement Training Programs in line with training framework agreed with the clients. Oversee governance and effectiveness of the training programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee needs.
Manage and update training content, including SOPs, training assessments, and implement change management for process changes from clients along with process SMEs as needed
Run robust governance in line with client expectation of daily, weekly and monthly updates and reviews. Track training progress across all training batches and performance of trainees, providing daily, weekly, and monthly updates.
Work closely with operations leaders and process SMEs to develop and roll out process knowledge assessments, managing coverage, insights, and throughput.
Ensure readiness and participation in Client and Genpact Training related audits. Ensure adherence to client and Genpact compliance training requirements.
Support process improvement projects and standardization activities, undertaking any additional tasks assigned by training leadership.
Conduct trainer and trainee feedback surveys, Track performance for 30-60-90 days, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with SMEs for trainees as needed.
