Management Trainee

Responsibilities

•    Assist in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development tasks under the guidance of senior team members.
•    Learn and apply Salesforce best practices in various functional areas such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
•    Participate in testing and quality assurance of Salesforce applications.
•    Provide support in data migration, integration, and maintenance activities.

Minimum Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
•    Knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals or completion of Salesforce certification courses (preferred).
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
