Responsibilities

·       To train and mentor new hires in batches as per training plotter

·       To train and lead OJT agents on the floor. Meet NHT and OJT throughput

·       To do all floor refreshers on time as per business and floor requirements

·       To perform all activities and show efficacy as per business expectations

·       To conduct internal and final assessments to all new hires and meet scores

·       To conduct training and improve all identified TNI or Bottom Quartile agents

·       Improve the efficacy and performance of agents New Hire / OJT / Floor agents

·       To extend all required support to Operations whenever required.
