Job Description
Responsibilities
:- Relevant experience in US Domestic & Global trades and settlement process.
- Strong understanding of financial products like Bonds, Mutual Funds, Derivatives, Equities, MBS etc.
- Good knowledge on end-to-end clearing and settlement process for US Domestic & Global Trades
- Hands on experience on supports interfaces with different internal and external stakeholders (front office, clients, brokers, nostro agents, exchanges and clearing houses) involved in the clearing and settlement process.
- Basic knowledge around audits (internal and external) and understanding around Risk and Control framework.
- Good communication skill required to establish strong relationship with onshore counterparts and should be capable of handling Onshore Queries.
- Working closely with the team to identify process needs and opportunities for improving controls in processes.
- Candidate will be responsible for review of multiple processes and will also be responsible for creating and maintaining process level documents like SOP.
- Consistently meet or exceed target goals for SLA parameters of TAT, productivity, quality, etc.

Minimum qualifications
- Any Graduate (PG an added advantage)
- Effective probing & root cause analysis skills
