Job Description

Responsibilities

:

  • Relevant experience in US Domestic & Global trades and settlement process.
  • Strong understanding of financial products like Bonds, Mutual Funds, Derivatives, Equities, MBS etc.
  • Good knowledge on end-to-end clearing and settlement process for US Domestic & Global Trades
  • Hands on experience on supports interfaces with different internal and external stakeholders (front office, clients, brokers, nostro agents, exchanges and clearing houses) involved in the clearing and settlement process.
  • Basic knowledge around audits (internal and external) and understanding around Risk and Control framework.
  • Good communication skill required to establish strong relationship with onshore counterparts and should be capable of handling Onshore Queries.
  • Working closely with the team to identify process needs and opportunities for improving controls in processes.
  • Candidate will be responsible for review of multiple processes and will also be responsible for creating and maintaining process level documents like SOP.
  • Consistently meet or exceed target goals for SLA parameters of TAT, productivity, quality, etc.

 

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • Any Graduate (PG an added advantage) 
  • Effective probing & root cause analysis skills
