EcoMax Energy, a leading renewable energy company headquartered in Hyderabad, is seeking a dynamic Management Traineeto join our growing team. We specialize in owning, building, and operating compressed biogas (CBG) plants across India.

What Youll Do:

Liaison with project stakeholders including government agencies, contractors, and community partners

Support the Managing Director in drafting proposals, reports, and regulatory documentation

Review and verify project files, compliance documents, and operational reports

Coordinate between engineering, operations, and business development teams

Assist in project planning, monitoring, and execution across CBG projects

Conduct site visits and facility assessments

Support vendor management and procurement activities

Prepare presentations and market analysis reports

Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Assist in regulatory compliance and permit applications

Support business development initiatives and client relationship management

What Were Looking For:

Recent graduate with strong analytical and communication skills

Interest in renewable energy and sustainable technologies

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail

Willingness to travel for site visits and stakeholder meetings

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
