Role Description
This full-time on-site role as a Management Trainee in the Customer Success & Sales Program is based in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting sales and business development efforts, assisting in client engagement, and managing customer retention strategies. As a Management Trainee, you will also gain hands-on experience in sales operations, relationship management, and contributing to overall sales performance while working closely with senior team members to develop strategies and meet performance goals.
Phase 1: Field Sales & Business Fundamentals
Represent the organisation in direct field sales / customer acquisition
Develop communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Understand consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and performance metrics
Learn how high-performing sales teams are built and managed
Phase 2: Team Leadership Development
Train and mentor new recruits
Support daily team planning, motivation, and performance tracking
Learn people management, coaching, and leadership fundamentals
Take responsibility for small teams and targets.
Phase 3: Management & Business Operations
Manage teams, campaigns, and client outcomes
Learn strategic planning, operations, and decision-making
Work closely with senior leadership on business growth initiatives
