Key Result Areas

  • Onboarding Excellence - Ensure compliant, seamless onboarding with a focus on experience
  • HRMS Efficiency - Complete HRMS tasks promptly and accurately.
  • Performance Enablement - Support performance management and drive development.
  • Payroll Precision - Submit timely, error-free payroll inputs and finalize sign-offs.
  • Culture & Engagement - Plan engagement activities that enhance workplace culture.
  • Employee Presence - Maintain floor presence to address employee concerns.
  • Business Alignment - Align HR processes with business and employee needs.
  • Escalation Management - Resolve escalations quickly within policy and TAT.
  • Learning Advocacy - Promote L&D participation and ensure on-time completions.
  • Data-Driven Insights - Provide actionable HR reports to support decisions.


Qualification

Any Graduate + MBA (HR)


Experience

Freshers, 1 to 3 years

Role specific skillset:

An Associate HRBP will work closely with the HR Business Partner team to support strategic and operational HR initiatives across assigned business units. This role is designed to provide exposure to core HR functions, employee engagement, talent management, and policy implementation, enabling the incumbent to develop into a future HR leader.
