Experience in Order Management or customer support over Email & chat
Strong communication skills Should have command over English language
Should be well verse with MS Office tools Specially MS Excel
Flexible to work in shifts
Flexible to stretch as per business need
Should be ready to work from office
Should have experience of working in MNCs & Global clients
Respond to customer query through email, chat.
Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings (Including weekend working)
Quick Learner & Ready to adapt quick changes
