Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with clients and operations to understand their reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
• Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex reports and dashboards using reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Adv. Excel).
• Reporting: Prepare and publish reports at specified intervalsdaily, weekly, monthly, or quarterlyto consistently track and analyze business performance and key metrics over time.
• Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business strategies.
• Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used in reports, performing data validation and troubleshooting as needed.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data quality.
• Documentation: Ensure the ongoing upkeep of process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Ad hoc: Provide timely assistance for ad hoc requests as per the designated timeframe.
