Job Description

Responsibilities

:

  • Promotional Material Creation: Design and develop high-quality digital and print promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email templates, and web banners, to support marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.

  • Video Production (Promotional): Conceptualize, script, shoot, edit, and produce engaging video promotions for TIS/TOS services, case studies, client testimonials, and marketing campaigns. This includes motion graphics, animation, and visual effects where appropriate.

  • SOP Development: Create clear, concise, and user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various IT processes, systems, and tools.

  • Video SOPs/Tutorials: Transform complex technical procedures into easy-to-follow video SOPs and tutorials, enhancing internal training and knowledge transfer.

  • Review Presentations: Design and enhance high-impact presentations for internal reviews, client meetings, and stakeholder communications, ensuring visual appeal and clarity of information.

  • Poster Design: Create visually appealing and informative posters for internal communication, events, and awareness campaigns.

  • Content Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the planning and execution of content strategies, ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all materials.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, marketing, sales, and other departments to gather requirements, understand technical information, and ensure content accuracy and relevance.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design, video production, and content creation tools and technologies.
