Responsibilities

Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and areas for employee development

Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including curriculum creation, choosing appropriate delivery methods (e.g., classroom instruction, e-learning modules, on-the-job training)

Manage and coach internal training staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their delivery skills

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback mechanisms

Collaborate with various departments (e.g., HR, Operations) to align training initiatives with overall business objectives

Deliver training sessions effectively, utilizing strong adult learning principles and engaging instructional techniques
