Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Establish strong collaborative relationship with the Customer Development

  • (Sales) team, in particular the CAMs and Customer Experience Specialists.

  • Interact with internal stakeholders in the Planning Hub, Finance and Supply Chain

  • Be proactive and self-motivated to follow up or chase multiple teams for

pending information.

  • Create, update and cancel promotions using the TPM tool using inputs from the CAMs via SONAR App or other communication processes.

  • Validate promotional details against guardrails and escalate any exceptions

against category guidelines or supply freeze periods.

  • Send request to CAM (Customer Account Manager) to provide the updated

details.

  • Ensure the promotions are finalized in TPM before the promotion is bought in date.

  • Evaluate and update customer system/portals with activity plans and

promotions.
