Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Establish strong collaborative relationship with the Customer Development
-
(Sales) team, in particular the CAMs and Customer Experience Specialists.

Interact with internal stakeholders in the Planning Hub, Finance and Supply Chain
-
Be proactive and self-motivated to follow up or chase multiple teams for
pending information.

Create, update and cancel promotions using the TPM tool using inputs from the CAMs via SONAR App or other communication processes.
-
Validate promotional details against guardrails and escalate any exceptions
against category guidelines or supply freeze periods.
-
Send request to CAM (Customer Account Manager) to provide the updated
details.

Ensure the promotions are finalized in TPM before the promotion is bought in date.

Evaluate and update customer system/portals with activity plans and
promotions.
