Job Description
Responsibilities
• Create and maintain Contract repository
• Upload contract details and contract scanned copies on the contract management tool
• User Setup, User access reconciliation
• Initiate and coordinate with the user for contract authoring
• Contract clause extraction and interpretation, Contract Summary preparation
• Contract Metadata fields updating in CLM tool as per the
• Coordinate with all user groups to make necessary changes relating to contracts in the Contracts Management tool
• Prepare document pack for the signature process
• Coordinate with the Legal team for sign-off and archive signed documents
• Design, compile and produce accurate reports according to leadership or stakeholders requirements
• Monitor and flag contract expiration
• Publish Periodical reports on Contracts Status
• Publish dashboard regularly
Minimum Qualifications
• LLB Graduate with relevant years of experience in Contract Lifecycle management process.
• Experience in a Contracts Management role
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Good Knowledge of MS Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Good Knowledge of Contracts Creation and Authoring
• Good Knowledge of various types of Contract Agreements
• Proficiency in Reporting
• Exposure to CLM Tools like iCertis/Ariba
• Exposure to Contract Negotiation / Understanding of important Contractual Terms & Conditions

• Excellent presentation skills – in person & virtually
• Ability to work effectively in team environments
• Able to create & maintain relationships easily
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Interest in AI
