Job Description: Management Trainee (Internship) .

Your Role:

As a trainee, you will be the vital link connecting our transformative platform with ambitious students and parents. You will receive hands-on training in professional telesales, directly contributing to our mission by driving admissions for our flagship programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound calls to potential students/parents, introducing Xylem's advantages for NEET & JEE prep.
• Articulate our program benefits clearly, addressing concerns and building trust.
• Nurture leads through the decision-making journey to successful enrollment.
• Diligently update the CRM system with interaction notes and lead status.
• Collaborate with the team to share insights and refine outreach approaches.

• Exceptional communication and convincing interpersonal skills.
• Resilience and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
• A keen interest in the education sector, especially competitive exams.
• A current student or recent graduate eager to learn sales fundamentals.
• Basic proficiency in English and the regional language.
