Job Title: Management Trainee (Sales)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee (Sales) Telesales Intern to join our sales team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in telesales, lead management, and customer communication within a fast-growing EdTech environment. The intern will play a crucial role in supporting outbound sales activities and contributing to lead conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and share information about our products/services.
• Understand customer needs and provide relevant guidance or solutions.
• Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system.
• Ensure timely follow-up with leads to support conversion efforts.
• Assist the sales team in achieving daily and weekly sales targets.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the brand in all customer interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade, listen actively, and handle customer queries confidently.
• Good data-entry and CRM-handling skills (preferred).
