Working Hours: 11:00 AM 6:00 PM

Stipend: 4,000 5,000 per month + benefits

About the Role

HSO Fine Jewels Private Limited is hiring a Management Intern for our Karol Bagh office. This role is ideal for freshers/students who want hands-on experience in business operations, administration, business development, and marketing activities in the jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities

As a Management Intern, you will work across multiple on-site functions such as:

1) Office & Operations Support

• Assist in daily office coordination and management tasks
• Handle basic documentation and reporting
• Support team with follow-ups and internal coordination

2) Sales & Customer Coordination

• Assist in handling walk-in clients and wholesale enquiries
• Support the sales team in order follow-ups and customer updates
• Maintain customer records and communication logs

3) Business Development & Marketing

• Support in generating leads and contacting potential customers
• Assist in wholesale enquiry follow-ups & client onboarding
• Support in marketing activities (catalogue sharing, WhatsApp Business, social media coordination)
• Help in preparing product/pricing details for customer communication
• Maintain lead tracking sheet and report daily/weekly updates

4) Business Assistance

• Support management in executing tasks and daily targets
• Work on process improvement and basic data handling
• Assist in various administrative duties as required
