As we scale rapidly, we are building a strong early-career talent pipeline and are looking for driven, people-oriented Management Trainees who want hands-on exposure to business development and the creator economy.
Role Overview
As a Management Trainee Business Development (Creator Acquisition) , you will work closely with our growth and partnerships teams to identify, onboard, and support creators on the Cosmofeed platform. This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role designed to groom you into a full-time Business Development Associate.
What Youll Be Doing
Creator Identification & Outreach
- Research and identify potential creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, DMs, and handle inbound demo requests
Creator Onboarding & Enablement
- Onboard creators onto the Cosmofeed platform
- Help creators understand product features, tools, and best practices
- Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience
Relationship Management
- Build strong working relationships with creators
- Understand creator needs, goals, and challenges
- Act as a point of contact for basic queries and coordination
Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain onboarding trackers and follow-up logs
- Track engagement, activation, and early performance metrics
- Share insights and feedback with internal teams
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve creator acquisition and retention strategies
Who Should Apply
- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals (01 year experience)
- Strong communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and stakeholder conversations
- Interested in startups, sales, partnerships, or creator economy
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
