Role Overview

As a Management Trainee Business Development (Creator Acquisition) , you will work closely with our growth and partnerships teams to identify, onboard, and support creators on the Cosmofeed platform. This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role designed to groom you into a full-time Business Development Associate.

What Youll Be Doing

Creator Identification & Outreach

  • Research and identify potential creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, DMs, and handle inbound demo requests

Creator Onboarding & Enablement

  • Onboard creators onto the Cosmofeed platform
  • Help creators understand product features, tools, and best practices
  • Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience

Relationship Management

  • Build strong working relationships with creators
  • Understand creator needs, goals, and challenges
  • Act as a point of contact for basic queries and coordination

Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain onboarding trackers and follow-up logs
  • Track engagement, activation, and early performance metrics
  • Share insights and feedback with internal teams

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve creator acquisition and retention strategies


Who Should Apply

  • Fresh graduates or early-career professionals (01 year experience)
  • Strong communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
  • Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and stakeholder conversations
  • Interested in startups, sales, partnerships, or creator economy
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
