Management Information System Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team at Visit Health Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analysing data, preparing reports, and supporting the management with business insights. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that accurate and timely information is available for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Collect, compile, and manage data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain databases and ensure that data is well-organized and easily accessible.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for management.
• Analyze trends and metrics using MIS reports and provide actionable insights.
• Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, and other BI software.
• Provide insights based on analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Automation: Develop automated reporting processes to enhance the efficiency of data reporting and analysis.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements. Work with the management team to optimize business processes and data usage.
• Compliance: Ensure all reports and data are maintained according to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in MIS, data management, and reporting roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
• Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
