Management Information System Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for an MIS Executive (Fresher or up to 1 year experience) with strong Excel skills and excellent communication abilities. This role will be responsible for managing data, preparing MIS reports, and supporting internal teams with accurate insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Collect, clean, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources
• Create dashboards and summaries using MS Excel
• Track key metrics and share timely updates with stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for reporting requirements
• Handle ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any graduate (Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year experience)
• Advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Prior MIS or reporting exposure is a plus but not mandatory
